The value for money at this hotel was exceptional and the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, just a short tram ride away from the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

hardly a 15-minute walk from park wodny, which was suitable for us. the airport is 9 miles away. we enjoyed the room.

Everything, here is a comment I made on theire Facebook page: 1. How this hotell managed to get "this rating" at Booked.net is for me a mistery. Lozy staff, non Wi-Fi in the rooms, bad location with a lot of traffic noises - even in the night. Phone in the room didnt work, not even internal calls. Either did the "Computer" that was placed inside.

The food and service were excellent, the location was convenient to all attractions, and the room had everything we needed; we were also just a mile away from park wodny.

The hotel is located not that far from the city center. It has everything a hotel needs for a stay. The staff at the reception was very kind and pleasant. The parking was free of charge. The relation price to quality pretty ok.

The breakfast was disappointing unfortunately. It was pretty expensive, not much choice and not that fresh as the price would suggest. Had a great food for the same price at the Old Town on the next day.

This hotel is conveniently located down the street from the city center and equidistant between two bus stops. the rooms are spacious, clean and have comfortable beds. the friendly reception staff and delicious complimentary breakfast are added benefits to the accommodations.

Guests may find difficulties with transportation and parking in the area.

It was cheap. But the facilities listed on Booked.net were incorrect. If we had known prior to arriving we would have cancelled accommodation.

The location is quite poor and far from everything. There are no shops close by, and the hotel does not have any facilities to purchase a cold drink or snack. The restaurant wasd closed most of the time when we were there. There is no aircon and when we arrived they had given out all the fans. Luckily they found us one, but our friends in other rooms went without and didn't really sleep because of the heat. You could open the windows, but there is a building site right next door which was very loud. The internet in the room didn't work (both WiFi and Cabled) and there was only WiFi down at reception, so, not appropriate if you plan to do some work in your room. the swimming pool was also empty and the gym was out of use.

Clean and big room.

There was extra fee for parking - 10 zl. Wi-fi worked only in reception. I have to go to reception with my baby as I wanted to check web.

The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionists Anna and Lukas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel is located outside the city center, away from the noise and hustle, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

Noisy construction work took place near the hotel.

The bar staff were excellent,also the food in the bar, the breakfast was also good and there was a goo d choice.

Rooms are dated and beds not very comfortable, also a lot of plumbing noice can be heard.

It was convenient for our purpose but way out of the centre...definitely not walking distance.

A group checked in late evening and spent till after midnight making tremendous noise and riot and this kept on in spite of several phone calls down to reception to help stop the noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, with rooms equipped with everything you need, including a PC terminal on the TV. The location, while not in the city center, provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, offering a view of the newly developed housing estate. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and the beds were quite comfy.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Staff was extremely helpful. We checked in very late and they were ready to help us even booking tours for the next day. I traveled with my husband, mom, 5 year old, 1 year old, and small dog. The hotel was super friendly with my children, and surprisingly very friendly and accepting of our dog. The swimming pool was open late (until 11pm) and was very relaxing after a long day of tours of the city.

The only negative aspect was possibly location. It is outside the city in the opposite direction of most tourist attractions. Tour buses that would normally do a free pick up would not pick us up from this hotel. However, the bus stop was nearby. And actually we took a taxi to the city center which the hotel called for us and it was super cheap. I think around $10.
